With some 200 projects behind him, multiple award-winning Australian cinematographer-turned-director Gary Ravenscroft has a work portfolio which ranges from television commercials and feature films to music videos and documentaries.
His trademark unflinching, innovative visuals and compelling performances have earned him many awards, including 2 prestigious American Advertising Federation Awards, an Australian Film Institute nomination and 8 Awards from the Australian Cinematographers Society.
Most recent work includes directing a multiple-award winning 16-part international “Drugfreeworld” campaign, already the focus of major attention internationally from governments , anti-drug groups and the United Nations.
This follows a string of socially conscious projects including directing several Public Service Announcements for “Youth For Human Rights International” and filming the critically acclaimed Australian feature “One Perfect Day”.
